Tēnā koutou
Ko Danuta Fairclough Tōku ingoa, ko Pōrana ahau.
I was born and raised in Poland, travelled and worked in many countries (Slovenia, France, Scotland) before relocating to Aotearoa in early 2011.
I am currently based in the beautiful Nelson/ Tasman region where I live with my whanau: my husband and our two sons.
I am an experienced social work practitioner, supervisor and leader with a passion for providing a safe space for courageous conversation in supervision, mentoring and consulting.
I am especially enthusiastic about supporting practitioners prioritising personal wellbeing and creating and maintaining healthy environments.
A key interest, one in which I am continuously upskilling, is the neuroscience-based trauma transformative practice and its approach to challenges, growth and outcomes in both our professional and private lives.
